Common Questions

Things people ask.

What can you print?
Pretty much anything that fits on a build plate — custom commissions, props, miniatures, replacement parts, prototypes, gifts, and the strange one-off ideas no one else will touch. If you can describe it, we can usually quote it.
Do I need to provide a 3D model?
Nope. Send a sketch, photos, or just a description. If we need a model we'll design it (or source it) and review it with you before printing.
What materials do you offer?
PLA, PETG, and specialty filaments (silk, matte, multi-color, glow). We'll recommend the right one for your project's durability, finish, and budget.
How long does a commission take?
Most small jobs ship in 1–2 weeks. Larger or multi-part commissions take longer — we'll give you a firm timeline before any work begins.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the US and pack carefully — fragile pieces get foam and double-boxing at no extra charge.
